The calculator may ask for baking details such as elevation, recipe type, pan size, temperature, and similar inputs so it can show a useful adjustment. Elevation Baking does not intentionally store those calculator entries as personal user records, saved recipes, or account history. The calculation can run as a normal public web-tool interaction without creating a profile.

If you email Elevation Baking, the information in your message is handled like normal email correspondence. That may include your name, email address, page URL, recipe type, elevation, photos or notes you choose to send, and the question or correction you submit.

Normal Website Data

Like most websites, hosting, security, analytics, and performance tools may process standard technical information such as pages viewed, browser and device details, approximate location signals, referring pages, IP addresses, timestamps, and error logs. This information helps keep the site working, understand which guides are useful, find broken pages, monitor performance, and improve the calculator.

Analytics

Elevation Baking uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which guides are read, which calculator features are used, and where pages break. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives standard technical data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and referring site. IP anonymization is turned on. Advertising and Cookies

The free calculator and guides are supported by ads served through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to Elevation Baking and other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The calculator and guides still work with cookies blocked.

What Elevation Baking Does Not Currently Run

Elevation Baking does not currently provide user accounts, memberships, saved recipe boxes, payment checkout, private forums, user-uploaded recipe storage, or a customer database for calculator users. If those features are added later, this policy should be updated before they go live.

How Feedback Is Used

Feedback sent through email is used to fix calculator issues, clarify guides, and improve examples. A baking problem you describe may be summarized, without your name, in a future guide update. Your email address and contact details are never published or sold.
